Contaminated (memories) is an artistic exploration of the power of objects in museum collections. It is also part of my recently completed PhD research project at Hasselt University and PXL-MAD School of Arts, Hasselt (BE), which was funded by the Special Research Fund (BOF) of Hasselt University (BOF21DOC04).

The work tells a fictional story about the origins of the Flemish heart. It was created during a 3-month artist residency at the DIVA museum, Antwerp (BE).
